Where can I get this skin regenerating cream in Dublin?

    I'm looking for a cream that in Brazil went by the brand name of Fibrase which is made of fibrinolysin w/dnase and apparently goes by the name of Elase in the US, its function is to help small wounds regenerate faster. www .medicinenet .com/fibrinolysin_wdnase-topical_ointment/article.htm

    But I haven't been able to find this in Ireland yet, would anyone know the brand name and where to get this?
