Panels not scratching off

    Hi all,


    Got a few National Lottery scratch cards as gifts for Fathers day.

    On a couplle of them there is multiple chances to win. They were €5 All Cash Platinum and Congratulations tickets.

    On a couple of tickets there is a similar panel to scratch off the foil where there are meant to be winning symbols, ie; gold bars, piggy bank etc, but there is nothing toscatch off and you end up scratching through the actual ticket.

    Anyone had this issue before and did they get a positive response from lottery.ie as there dosen't appear to be a contact/complaints number regarding defective scratch cards.

    No, but get them scanned in a shop and it should tell you if they are winners or not.
