    What error are you getting or at what stage are you running into problems?

    You add it through the Google Home app and that walks you through the set up, including connecting to your WiFi.

    thanks for the reply, i only just spotted it. it runs through Google Home and all appears well then it says something to the effect that you need to start again. returned it to the shop it was purchased in and they seemed to acknowledge that there are issues connecting it via Sky Broadband. There is a great dearth of information online and what little there is seems to imply that it is difficult to impossible to connect using Sky. It was bought for a friend and I am still interested in a solution.
