Can’t log into my Instagram as SMS text not arriving

I have been locked out of Instagram for the last few days, I have tried to log in multiple times, I have uploaded multiple video selfies and what’s stopping me is that an SMS with a code needs to deliver to my phone and it never comes (even tho they say it’s sending to my number)….I have tried all the links shown here to…
