Cost of fuel injectors Dacia Duster

    Last week while driving the red warning light/beep came on the dash of my Duster (87k on the clock ) and the car became a bit ropey- took it to the garage and diagnosed it as a faulty fuel injector- got that replaced at a cost of €600. Having driven it for 80 km. the same thing happened- red light/ beep took it back to the garage and diagnosed as another injector gone. Had a discussion with the service manager about the possibility of the others going. Decided to get all 3 replaced and was quoted €1500. Does anyone know the ballpark figure for the replacement of 3 injectors, time involved etc? Seems very steep to me

    That's about right, injectors are an expensive business

    Can get refurbished ones for around 100 euro or 200 ish for new. Depends on the car can be a pig if suck can also be simple if not. I've done my own and would continue to do them myself. 1500 eek. No thanks.
