Car Radio, Bluetooth etc. Not Working

    Hi all.

    Got a 2012 Citroen C5 Tourer from a dealer.

    Lovely car.

However, the radio just stopped working recently. So the screen still works, just you can't change channel and no sound. For the Bluetooth the calls still come through but no sound.

Text the dealership and to be fair they told me to bring it in to them and they will check. So I plan to go in Friday.

In the meantime I have been checking on Google. Which is saying it actually could be the battery, if the charge is low it will stop other things working so the battery doesn't get drained. Then I noticed when you turn the key (but don't turn the engine on) that the engine light stays on and also the battery light. Both go off once you turn the engine on.

So possibly it is just the battery needs to change?

Its completely normal for the engine light and battery light to stay on until starting the car

Ok thanks. So maybe it's not the battery. Dealership said they would check it anyway so I will try pop in to them tomorrow.
