Samsung Note 20 ultra - screen - factory fitted protector query

    Hi

    I bought my samsung note 20 ultra in Ireland 2 years ago.

    The screen got smashed and I sent it off for a replacement.

    The replacement was recently scratched (im terrible at looking after phones!) but it "looks" like there is a screen protector on it and its THAT that was damaged.

    Has anyone else checked if their note 20 ultra came with a factory fitted screen protector, or is the scratch actually on the screens surface :( ?
