    Hi All

We are nearing the end of our build and will be arranging a snag.

We have had some special requests such as noise insulation put into the internal walls.

The question is how can this be snagged?

    The question isn't very clear.

Are you asking, how can your snagging surveyor verify that the walls actually contain the insulating material?

The answer is, he cannot, unless he tears chunks out of the plaster.

He might be able to see evidence of this at a socket or switch if he takes off the faceplate.

If not get him to put it on the snag list and ask for evidence from the builder. If they are charging as an extra they should take a few photos before the walls are closed up for everyone's piece of mind.
