What’s the best way to keep cool in the heat? We all have different circumstances, be it work, family etc., but how do you stay cool and prepare for the weather as it gets humid and uncomfortable to get through? Anyone care to give their advice and suggestions!

it seems to me that our body is very smart and quickly adapts to any weather, simply, if there is a sudden change in temperature, you can drink a complex of vitamins to strengthen our health
