Summer work dresses?

Where is good to get a few summer work dresses? I have a good few casual dresses for the weekends but they are too short for work. I hate shopping, so would love to just find out about a few places in advance. I am a busty apple-shaped size 12-14 if that helps.

Not sure what budget, age or style but maybe Seasalt, Hobbs, Opus (available in Pamela scott) as well as the usual Next etc

I have two dresses in particular that I wear for work and always get compliments. One is from Dunnes and the other from Tesco. I literally picked them up while food shopping.
