    Hi all,


    I want to buy my Grannie house worth 450k or her sons and daughters of 7. I have got the go ahead.


    My wife and I are so worried we will not be able to afford.


    I have a place under my name worth max 180k, we have a combined income of 103k. I have inheritance of possibly 250k (but would never sell).


    Would we even be considered unless we sold apt?. The rent on the apt in the city would cover 1800.
