Hello,
A friend from outside the EU is asking for help setting up and running a forum. The forum would allow posting encrypted attachments without the moderators having the key.
I want to understand if this would create a legal risk for me. What if someone uses the feature to post highly illegal material, but this is not in the description and is only visible to people with a key and I don't have the key?
