Mobile Home Wexford / Waterford - Advice needed!

    Hi all,

I hope this is the right place - I was looking for some advice on a mobile home. Myself and my OH have been looking into this for a few years and we're close to pulling the trigger.

I have one huge reservation and I know I'm going to be rinsed for this but here goes! All of the parks we have looked at have been overrun by kids. Nothing against them! We just don't have any and I don't really want our relaxing space to be be filled with them.

We have friends with a mobile in Wex on a small site (20-ish) mobiles which is quiet but plots never come up - they got theirs when a parent died.

Anyone any thoughts or know of any more adult sites that might be more suitable for 2 adults and a dog?

    Thanks!

I don’t know of any such sites but feel your pain as someone with no kids who loves camping. There are loads of adult only sites in the UK, very few here (regular camping, not mobile homes). I’d be interested in one if you find it!

    It can be controversial!

The more I consider it the more I'm thinking no. It's a pity but there just doesn't seem to be anywhere that caters to those without children.

I just don't think it's worth the risk!!

I’d be more inclined to get a big, comfy caravan so you can move if a site gets too noisy!
