Prob paying bill through 365

    Tried to pay a bill this morning using my tablet but the accounts I have registered were not there. Went to reregister the account number and was told "already registered". I then logged in on my mobile phone and all accounts were listed and I paid the bill. Is there a problem with accessing via tablets ??
