I saw a car with a valid insurance disc, expiry 04/25 Is this possible, what companies offer it? This guy is dodgy enough, also has 15 months on his NCT disc.

A few companies were offering 2 year policies a few years ago, can't remember which ones, I haven't heard of it lately - but then I haven't been looking for it either. I presume they're still available.
And you can do your NCT early so wind up with a disc valid for over a year.
