Just wondering has anyone bought here recently the new build homes in Rathdrum, we put a deposit down to secure a home which is going for 350K but can see on Property Price Register the same estate a lot of the houses are going for a lot less than this amount? Just wondering if prices can be negotiated on new build homes

New houses on the property price register are shown exclusive of vat, so the price will be less than the buyers pay.
That's why you may see an odd cent amount for a new house on the register
