    Hi

we are having issue with our heating and we have a grasslin towerchron qe 2

initally we had two zones , one upstairs and one downstairs. and can heat the water separately (though we never used this as the water would heat when we would have the heating on)

there was valve behind cupboard in kitchen and then second vale upstairs in the hotpress. as well as two thermostats on the walls, one on landing and one in hallway.

we had several issues with different things, few leaks and rads upstairs not working.

one of the plumbers took out the valves to create a one zone system, worked fine for a day then stopped working (he then ignored all calls and texts)

got another plumber out, he actually didnt do anything with switch (he replaced the thermosat on the boiler that stopped working ) he literally turn the switch on and the heating came on. we asked him about a smart control and he suggested one (i cant remember which one ) and said let him know

he let and then we realise the heating was constantly on. you turn power on to boiler it will kick in and the timer etc has no effect it stays on.

problem now is the second plumber isn't answering our calls or texts. (and we aren't being excessive, in the last 3 weeks maybe called him twice and text twice)

any suggestion how i could fix it?
