Kiwi.com - Charged twice and no confirmation email

    Hi


    Booked flights using Kiwi.com via Skyscanner.


    Got charged twice, bank said one was a ghost booking but we got no confirmation email and Kiwi.com won't talk to us unless we have a confirmation email


    Has this ever happened to anyone here?

    Initiate a chargeback and book with the airline or a reputable company.
