Honeywell Smart Fit

I have a boiler that uses an old Honeywell Smart Fit control. It’s now died a death, and I’ve been told I’ll need an electrician to take a look at it. However, it seems that the company are no longer making these things. And that a lot of electricians in the Dublin area might not be able to do anything. Just wondering if anyone has come across an issue like this before. Or if there are any electricians that have experience working with these? As currently I’m not sure even where to start looking.

The Honeywell smartfit are indeed obsolete. So all new heating controls will need to be installed.

A plumber will sort it all for you

Looking for a bit of advice/help with my heating/water timer. It's a now obsolete Honeywell T8677B1006 unit which seems to have a fault in the clock display, its now showing F:24 in the display. Not knowing a lot about plumbing/heating my question is in order to replace the timer with something new would the entire Honeywel Smartfit box and all the various sensors etc. in the hotpress have to be replaced despite the fact that the timed heating/hot water setting are still working. This timer only controls the downstairs heating and hot water as I have a split system for upstairs on a separate timer. Thanks in advance for any advice.
