Toyota Prius plus 2013 towbar

I wanted to check if anyone has managed to successfully fit a towbar for a bike carrier on a Toyota Prius+ 7-seater estate. We're looking to buy a 2013 model and I just assumed it was just a matter of fitting one. However, the local Toyota dealer, another garage and Brink towbar manufacturer have said they don't make them…

I wanted to check if anyone has managed to successfully fit a towbar for a bike carrier on a Toyota Prius+ 7-seater estate.
We're looking to buy a 2013 model and I just assumed it was just a matter of fitting one. However, the local Toyota dealer, another garage and Brink towbar manufacturer have said they don't make them for that model.
I know we can use a roof rack, but it's more awkward to fit the bikes that high.

Ring malcoms towbars in Dublin and Mr bullbar near the airport. They should know if any manufacturer can supply them or if the car is approved to tow.

I doubt there is one available as that vehicle cannot tow. I know you are fitting a bike carrier rather than towing but I doubt any towbar manufacturer makes them
