Vine Cutting - Wexford

    Hi lads,

    Apologies if this is the wrong board, but I don't know where else to ask this.

    I have a creeping vine on the front of my house in Gorey, and it needs to be cut. I'm having trouble finding someone who can trim it for me. It's a two-story house, so it would be a job that requires going up a ladder. Does anyone know a gardener in the area that could do this job for me?

    You need to know what should be done, so you can give instructions. After that its down to someone who will go up a ladder (ie insured for it) and with an appropriate tool. Put up a pic and you will get advice on how to approach it. As to finding someone - that's down to local knowledge, its impossible to find anyone to do anything at the moment.

    You could well find that it will need a scaffolding tower rather than a ladder.
