Replacing intercom receiver in apartment

My apartment has a pretty standard intercom. There is a receiver on the wall (an URMET 1138), if someone buzzes from below I can pick up the receiver and talk to them, and I can press a button to open the gate. There are two gates, and a door into the building, whichever they buzz from will be the one that opens.

I want to replace it, it's fairly banged up and looks shite. Does anyone know if I can just replace it with any similar looking URMET handset, or if there are restrictions, and does anyone know where I can buy one?
