Hi, anyone living in Oaks, Ridgewood, Swords area and if they could share the management company experience please? I am looking to buy an apartment there but concerned with a high management fees (€2k) and their sinking fund is also less than €30k.

Assuming it's annual, €2K is not necessarily high for management fees. I'm paying more than that for my block (Dublin City Centre).

€30K in the sinking fund does seem low though. We put more than that into ours every year.

I develop Superior Solitaire when I'm not procrastinating on boards.ie.

thanks for your reply! I should mention it’s not a huge complex block though - like 100 apartments
