Importing used car parts from UK - VAT?

I have to get a replacement door for my Peugeot 207 and haven't had any luck getting a match from findapart.ie, so decided to look further afield. I have a quote from a Lancashire breaker (1st Choice Car Spares in Altham) for £111 including delivery, but was wondering if anyone knows the situation with VAT on importing used parts from UK. I believe it would be levied at standard 23%, but not sure as it is a used product.

    Thanks for any advice.

Update: Actually after I called they said that they don't ship to Ireland - even though I had put my location as here...

Anyway - have to continue my search on the island or get a ferry and pick it up in person!

You could have it delivered to deliverme.ie - they're in Newry. You can either collect it at their depot, or they'll forward it on via DPD.
