Closing Energia Account - refund of credit time

I have emailed the homeenquiries team for an update but looking to hear from those who have had same situation. Every penny helps so would rather know now if that money is going to be tied up for a while.

Got it around 3 weeks after closing the account in case anyone is in the same boat.
