Closing Energia Account - refund of credit time

As those who are buying will know, it's an expensive time. We have a credit balance on our Energia account which we have recently closed, anyone know how long roughly after final bill we are looking at for the credit to be refunded. I have emailed the homeenquiries team for an update but looking to hear from those who have had same situation. Every penny helps so would rather know now if that money is going to be tied up for a while.
