Transfer from KBC issue

    I am extremely disappointed with the way the transition occurred when BOI took over KBC. Initially, I had hoped for a smooth handover, but it has been far from satisfactory. Despite several attempts, I have not yet been granted access to Mortgage viewer, and this issue has persisted until now, nearing the end of May.

    Each time I make a call, I am passed around from one person to another, and despite assurances of follow-up calls the next day, they never materialize.

    I am sick of calling and getting passed around. Any chance someone could actually call me back ?
