    HI


    Can anyone help me my work phone rings even when someone doesn't dial my extension. My suspicion is that someone has there calls diverted to my phone.

    Is there a way i can check this either from my phone or theirs. if they are diverted i think i know who it might be.


    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I think the only way you can stop this is by ringing all the extensions from a near by one to see which one is making your extension ring and then go to it and you should be able to remove the divert.

    Do you know the model of the main unit as PBX (brains of the system). I may know some of the codes for it
