    Hi lads,

Looking for some recommendations for a really budget laptop. Currently looking at some Ryzen 5 3500u refurbs for just under €300. Ideally I'd like it to be able to do some light gaming (under no illusions with budget but dedicated GPU would be lovely) and be snappy to use. Would like to keep it below 15inches as well.

Open to second hand and refurbished stuff, and trying to keep it as close to 300 as possible. Any recommendations would be great 😊

Looking at laptops recently and found Lenovo to have decent value if you were to go new. Obviously no graphics cards but can play many games at varying frame rates.

Similar to below at 14 inch would be 420. Get operating system yourself after.

the Bodget laptop field is very limited -

ive been using my old back up laptop for a while waiting on a screen replacement for legion 5 pro ,

ive been looking to get something better as a back up and there no real value - at the minute id suggest a pc you can get a gpu for 3 or 4 hundred that would be decent and upgrade a lot of systems

Thanks for replying, I already have a decent desktop (albeit old 6700k + 1080ti) I purely need a laptop for work/playing games in the vicinity of my children 🙄🤣 my budget has increased to 500-600 if that opens anymore suggestions up.
