My husband is going in this week to get his blood tested. Will the blood test include a psa test or does he need to specifically mention that to doctor when he sees him?

He needs to ask for it.

He should also refrain from 'bedroom antics' for 48 hours or so before the test as this can affect the results - something patients are rarely told about.

I can’t get through to the doctors surgery at the moment. Does my husband need to be fasting beforehand for the psa test?
