    Hi All,

If anyone happens to be upgrading their 9 speed shimano sora groupset I'm after the newer 3*9 with the concealed cable runs.

Or any shimano 9 speed compatible shifters with hidden cables.

    Cheers

Any interest in Claris 8-speed? It's the newer model with the hidden cables? It was set up on a new bike as 2x8 but I think it'll work 3x8 too! Both the shifter and front mech seem to have enough clicks and movement!

    Hi Paul,

I was not planning on changing the wheels and cassette which are 9 speed. how much of the groupset do you have? cheers

I've got the whole lot. It's definitely x3 (2030 shifter and mech). Don't what it was doing on a x2 new bike! Shifters, mechs, 11-32 cassette and the chainset is the FSA 30-46 square taper, with BSA BB, you borrowed off me last year! Shifters are fitted to a set of bars which were recently taped up and cabled so you could use as is maybe just replacing the inners? Shifters are a bit scuffed around the fronts of the hoods but levers are quite good. Mechs have a few rust spots but all working perfectly. €90 for bars, shifters, mechs and cassette, €40 for cranks and BB.

Hi paul, I'll do a bit research and see if the 8 speed cassette will work with the 9 speed hub. I'll get back to you shortly. Cheers

I meant to say, oinkely, if you want to take the stuff and check it out, see if it fits, etc., that's no problem. Then you can either drop it all back to me if it doesn't suit or pay me by Revolut/Paypal if you want to keep it.

I'd say that will be a bit out of budget for this bike - the shifters that are there well enough, they just rattle like crazy on anything but smooth roads and i would like to be able to fit a bar bag in there (and i think it would look way nicer without the cables protruding from the side of the shifters).
