Metal Detector workplace Placement

    Hi all

    Just want to state at the beginning that I do know that is fully legal for Company to check Employee’s with metal detector this is not about that.

    I’m working in warehouse and our management installed security check point with Face recognition, metal detector and security guard. And placed this the way that all employees have to go thru full check every time when heading out or to Toilet. I don’t mind being check when heading home etc.. But going thru security every time I have to go to toilet seams overkill.

    So my question: is that legal? Is there any law or something regulating where company may or may not place Metal detector or how accessible toilets should be?

    Any advice or pointers would be welcome
