Where to shop for parts

Hi all. My son wants to build his own gaming PC. He has used PC part picker to select all the parts but they link to Amazon.com. Can you folks recommend any online shops in Ireland or Europe (except UK, don't want the hassle of vat etc) that offer good value where I can look for the components he wants. Thanks.

Switch part picker from the US to IE version in the top right corner of the site.
