Sibling CGT question

Already been to a solicitor who is discussing with her accountant. But just wanted to ask anyway to cover any bases or enquire about something that I wasn't aware of.

Buying a house from sisters family in rural Dublin. 6 siblings. House is valued about 300000. All very amicable.

Cgt comes into play as House was valued at half that when parents passed and 2 siblings don't have an address there. The other 3 do and gf is taking here 1/6th off purchase price.

What is the options I have if 2 or 3 siblings don't satisfy tax exemptions. There would be liable for around 6 to 8000 pounds cgt from their 50 share.

Happy to try and avoid giving this money to the tax man if possible.

Any advice is freely appreciated and I will of course also discuss with professionals.

Their tax, their problem! Why are you getting involved?
