Bought from lenovo yesterday. I had looked at over a few days and they emailed a discount code. It wasnt stackable with other offers but I contacted them on chat and they applied it.

Bought this as wanted something a little bigger

Upgraded to 1TB HD, upgraded the CPU and got rid of Windows and with additional 10% came to 765.

This is a very good deal if portability important and 13 inch not too small.

Knock off the Operating system to save a bit and double the HD for a tenner.

Sorry to butt in, but interested to know what OS you'll be throwing on? Will it come bit a boot screen by default or how does that work?

Edit: See the ram is soldered, is there any memory slots for potential upgrade down the line?

No spare ram slots though those two options both have 16 to begin with.

I'd use 90% work but some light gaming too, the igpu of the upgraded CPU is vega 8 which is sufficient for my use.

You can install any operating system, plenty of window license resellers or can go with Linux. No bloatware if you install yourself. For windows you just download the installation files to a USB and off you go once you buy a license.
