    Hi

is it realistic to believe that a 2004 built house would gain a B2 BER (from C2) after having cavity walls pumped (~180m2) and additional attic insulation (from 100 to 300mm) (~100m2)?

the energy rating was 171.43 kWh/m2/yr before the work, and rated at 112.49 kWh/m2/yr after the work.

the house is a 2 storey detached house, total floor space of 220sqm

Not a chance of that much of an uplift with those measures alone.
