If a person videoed a sexual assault/abuse of a minor and published this online then this would breech many laws (I presume im not certain) and could lead to criminal prosecution.

It begs the question is there law that can apply to videoing a physical assault/abuse of a minor and publishing this online to bring about a criminal prosecutions?

Help me out here with understanding this from a legal perspective..

I would hope that all of society could get to a place where videoing a physical assault is viewed with the same degree of disgust and criminal prosecution as videoing a sexual assault..

Is there substance to this perspective ? can this comparison lead to change in attitudes?
