NCT Checks

Does the NCT check if the door locks or if the window can wind up or down? I have a rear window where the electric switch will not wind the window up or down. What about a "Theft Protection Failure" message on the dash? Does this fall into a failure category?

Neither are a fail. Only the driver window is checked
