Heading there for a night shortly. Where would be the main pubs for people in their early thirties? Anywhere that does live music? Thanks.

Thomas Connolly’s, The Swagman, Fiddler’s Creek, the Garavogue, Lillie’s, Shoot the Crows, Hargadon’s, Foley’s and Gracie’s. They’re all fairly close together so you can check them all out quickly.

Ya, Sligo town centre is very small so as you wander round you'll find them all easily enough. Also Connollys was voted Irish pub of the year this week.

O'Neill's Wolfe Tone street. Proper pub.

A few of us staying in Sligo in a few weeks for the weekend. Planning a meal Saturday evening. Where would be nice for quick mains and best place for music after? Preferably maybe 70/80s music, in our 40s so more a nostalgia night for us and have a laugh🤣🤣 Thanks for any recommendations

At a quick glance, (after pubs) Bree's or Strand Bar in Strandhill, or the Garavogue or Kennedys in Sligo town might suit. Plenty of other options. Have a blast.
