My vehicle log book returned

    Hi ,

    I recently purchased a new car and my log book was posted to my address that i had just moved out , my former Landlord returned the log book to sender as he doesn't want of my mail coming to his house , please advise on how i can change my address and get the department of transport to send the log book to my new address, please assist
