Survey monkey, can anyone assist please

    Hi , I set up a very basic survey monkey for a community based organisation, I did a free version however after 10 people responding I got an error to say I needed to upgrade . So I paid €40 today for one month but still not sure if the survey is still working or not. I asked someone to to go into the survey again however no reply yet and I’m still at 10 replies.

    So my question is should I delete original survey and ask people again to complete it now that I have the upgrade paid for. It’s one page with 10 questions including multiple choice.
