Cordyline has spots - any advice?

My lovely pink cordyline has gotten spots on a lot of the older foliage which i don't recall seeing before, is this some kind of infection or lack of nutrients? Has anyone any advice?

Pretty sure that's a Phormium OP and progressive browning of older foliage as new leaves emerge is perfectly normal

Thanks you are correct it is indeed a Phormium! Good to know about the spots, must have just not noticed before.
