    just wondering do any cruises depart from Ireland preferably Cobh. parents looking to go but want to avoid flight

    Check out sea scanner. Just had a cursory look and there seems to be a reasonable number from Cobh.

    I can’t say the itineraries look all that appealing though….

    why is flying a problem ? Just get assistance at the airports, get the travel agent to book that and transfers from the airport to hotels / ship…

    Stay in the arrival port the night before and a night on the way back… far more relaxing.

    Make sure they return to Ireland also, I remember looking at one going from Dublin for Princess Cruises pre-covid but seemed like you were expected to fly home.
