    I has a 2006 Kia Sorento 2.5 diesel.

What amount of oil do I need to add to take the level from the min level to max on the dipstick? Don't want to put too much in.

Add 500ml and check the oil level again. And add another 500ml if required

10w30 Acea B4 is the spec, as above 500ml at a time and check is the best way to go about it, make sure car is on level ground and either cold or wait 10 minutes after parking up.
