Fastest VPN for Ireland that support OpenVPN setup on routers

I am looking around for a VPN Service that supports OpenVPN setup on routers (need to download .ovpn files and import it on to the router). NORD VPN gives high pings when my kids play games. ExpressVPN seems very costly. What about IPVANISH, PrivateInternetAccess, CyberGhost services Any suggestion?

Unlimited vpn is what I use and works fine. Plus it dirt cheap.

Paid $15 for lifetime subscription for 5 concurrent devices
