Maynooth Parking Observation period

Hi All, just wondering has the observation period for parking in Maynooth changed recently. I thought it was 30 minutes, €40 fine later I find its actually 15 minutes.

Reading that it looks like that relates to parking in the cycle lane, I think it was more recent than that, I had stopped paying attention to the little white sticker on meter as it was 30 minutes.
