Annoying stone chip on my new car.

I was traveling on the motorway today and passed a council worker strimming the verges. A stone flew out and hit the side of my car from the strimmer. There's a nasty little chip on the side of my new car. What's the best way to touch this up? I was thinking about buying a 9ml bottle of base colour and a bottle of Clear Lacquer. Any recommendations?
