Would anyone have an idea as to the potential cost to reroof a 1,360 sq ft 3 bed semi-d with concrete tiles (pitched roof) in a relatively rural area in the northwest?

Lots of factors needed... If you go to your local builders merchants they may have a couple of roofers that they deal with, if so ask for their contact details and get quotes from them.

there is a suspicion that it will not be cheap, I advise you not to save on the roof, because there are often problems with this
