Laois Gaelic Football - What's Going On

    Wexford man, my late mother was from Laois.

    I was watching Wexford minors put 6 goals past Laois on Wednesday. Laois were a complete rabble. An absolute shambles with no sense of any sort of management or plan.

    Laois U20s lost by 14 points to Kildare. Their Seniors leaked 4-31 to a declining Dublin. Laois were a division 1 team in 2012. I've heard rumours that managers and selectors picking their own club men is rife. No county in Ireland, or indeed London and New York, are as disjointed as they are.
