what newspaper is good for printing a story? I have emailed a few (Irish independant, the sun etc and they didn't get back to me.

dont really want to try a local paper as I think it is a story for a national paper and it is in my interest to get it in a national paper.

    What's the topic?

That's all a bit vague. Use you journalistic skills and give us something better to go on. Topic? Length? Exposee or commentary? Target readership?

I'm sure journalists pop into boards.ie for extra news if available

You tap into a particular journalist who works in the area of your story, not the paper.

If its a Woodward & Bernstein story then you'll have no problem getting a hack to run with it ! Otherwise try the norhside/Southside news !
