Receding Gumline around 1 tooth

I have a very exposed tooth due to I suspect over-brushing in one place for too long and I suspect I may need a gum graft at some stage in the near future.

It’s not sensitive at the moment and overall my teeth are in good shape but I’d like to get it taken care of before it’s a bigger issue or spreads.

I’m low income and wanted to get some recommendations on where to look for a dentist/periodontist that specializes in this type of consultation.

I’m in the NE but willing to travel based upon solid recommendations.

I briefly considered traveling abroad but after reading through this and other forums have decided against it.
